The SuperShe Island founder, while on vacation at the Ashram in Calabasas, Calif, noticed that instead of taking care of themselves while vacationing, women were more focused on attention from men and that prompted her to come up with the idea of having a Women’s only resort. After selling her company in 2016, Roth vacationed in Finland. There she fell in love with a local and subsequently learned the Island was up for sale. She took the opportunity and decided to focus her energy on something fun and something that inspires her and creates a network of creation and inspiration. It started as an online community before metamorphosing into a holiday resort for women.
Despite being a fan of mixed-gender vacations, Roth confessed that sometimes women need to have some time alone without any form of distraction, especially from Men. She is currently the CEO of Mixoloshe, a low-calorie, non-alcoholic cocktail alternative Brand.
