For Pakalu Papito, recently referred to as Xavier, his contents which are a mixture of witty, relatable, and sarcastic, you’d definitely find a couple of his tweets that will stick and you will love.
His bio states that he is a Minnesota clerk although the image widely associated with him is that of an Indian man with a widely recognizable moustache. Papito is originally an Indian who moved to the United States and began working there.
Who is Pakalu Papito?
Pakalu Papito is mostly recognized on social media for his witty posts and comments on certain tweets and posts. The image that is associated with his account is that of an Indian man with a full mustache.
Pakalu Papito, the man, is said to be a clerk and specialist who works at an IT firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He became very famous when he launched his Twitter (now known as X App) account back on July 13, 2013, and began to drop many funny and sarcastic posts and comments.
Nobody knew what would later become of this account holder considering his very first tweet was ‘Hello Twitter, I’m Single’.
A little background story states that Pakalu started his social media account due to a bet he made with his friends. He was challenged by his friends who stated that he wouldn’t be able to surpass 5000 followers on Twitter (X).
Soon after creating the account, he became a sensation and people looked forward to his tweets and comments. By 2015, he had garnered a wide audience that numbered over 700,000.
Obviously, he won the bet which was pegged at $10,000 and news has it that Papito invested the money into a gas station business.
Pakalu also built a Facebook account where he reposted most of his tweets for his Facebook audience. Unfortunately for Pakalu Papito, in 2018, both his Twitter (X) account and his Facebook accounts were suspended and deleted.
As saddening as this was for Pakalu and his many fans, it didn’t stop the hilarious persona from still reaching a lot of people. His tweets and comments through the previous years keep getting recycled and people still find them funny.

Is Pakalu Papito Really the Man Described Above?
While the most publicized information about the original owner of the account is the above-discussed IT clerk, there seems to be more. The real identity of the account owner remains unknown, despite all claims and reports.
the image attached to this person belongs to a man in India who reportedly works at the Indian Institute of Technology’s Physics Department. This piece of information then means that the owner of the image is actually more than a character created for caricature.
The IIT is a reputable institution in Northern India; highly intelligent and experienced people work in the school.
Per a Twitter upload in 2019, the owner of the image used by Pakalu Papito and other similar accounts after he belonged to a teaching assistant. However, he was promoted to senior tech superintendent, in newer revelations.
These revelations leave many questions unanswered but what is universal knowledge is that Pakalu Papito has left a lasting impression for his one-lined witty comments, mostly about himself.

The ‘Xavier’ Social Media Account came After Pakalu Papito
After Pakalu’s social media accounts were shut down in 2018 for unknown reasons. Since then, many parodies for the same purpose and under the same guise have surfaced. One such is known as Xavier (Uncle), and he is very famous now as a meme sensation for his witty comments.
One of the foremost accounts that surfaced even went by a similar name to Pakalu. The account was named Pakalu Papitow, and the account posted similar content to what the original witty owner of the identity used to post.
Since these parodies came up after Pakalu’s original accounts were suspended before they started, people doubted that it was run by the same person.
This doesn’t seem to be accurate, though, and it seems Papito vanished just after his account’s suspension.
Both accounts and many others garnered attention from an already intrigued audience, but with speculations that they are just copycats, there isn’t so much hype around them.
With Xavier’s burst into the scene, there has been an outrage from people who do not particularly like the account. Believing that he is as original as Papito, Xavier’s account has received more backlash than the love Pakalu’s got, despite copying an almost similar pattern.
