The concept of Virginities for sale might be alien to many until you get to find out that there are men willing to pay thousands of dollars or even millions to spend a night with the ones who are still pure.

1. Rosie Reid – Sold for £8,400
Sometime in February 2004, it emerged that Rosie Reid who earlier auctioned her virginity on the internet has closed the bidding at £8,400. The next month, it was reported that Reid has had sex with the highest bidder. It is said that the Dulwich maiden who was 18 then allowed a 44-year-old to take her after he handed her the money.
Rosied who advertised that she was still a virgin because she’s lesbian explained that the decision to sell her virginity started as a joke and, that she was inspired to make it a reality in order to escape graduating from Bristol University with debts.
2. Alina Percea – Sold for £8,800
After Alina Percea successfully sold her virginity for £8,800 following an advert she made on a German dating site, she went about telling everyone who cared to know how things went down with her 45-year-old Italian buyer – she enjoyed the sex.
It is said that the Romanian lady who was 18 then (2009) was subjected to two medical examinations which proved that she was a virgin. Thereafter, the Italian businessman who was willing to part with the huge sum to be the first to have sex with Alina sponsored her flight to Venice where the deal was finalized.
The Romanian opted for selling her virginity when it became apparent to her that she can’t afford the computing degree she was going for. She said she was inspired by Natalie Dylan, another maiden who offered hers for sale the previous year.
While we can’t tell if Alina eventually obtained the said computing degree, it’s known that she enjoyed doing what she did. “I liked the man…he was very funny and charming. We got on very well, and I was pleased he’d won,” she remarked.
3. Carys Copestake – Sold for £10,000
Carys Copestake’s story isn’t different from that of Rosie and Alina. The 18-year-old (in 2007) reportedly sold hers for £10,000 in order to sponsor her university education.
After she made her offer on a site used by those in the business of selling sex (prostitutes), announcing that she is a virgin with student funds to pay and is hoping to sell her virginity for 10,000 pounds, it circulated that Carys got what she wanted and pocketed £10,000 for her first-time sex. Carys Copestake isn’t the lady’s real name. So, her true identity isn’t known to the public.
4. Miss Spring – Offered £200,000
Unlike Carys, Alina, and Rosie, Miss Spring, a Hungarian maiden auctioned her virginity not totally because she wants to get educated and attain her dream of becoming a doctor – her family was buried in debts and the 17-year-old only wanted to help out.
After her initial Virginity For Sale offer was shut down by eBay, the lass gained the attention of the world when she pulled various strings to get the bidders to continue bidding. Reports have it that she approached popular media outlets and reached out to bigshot celebrities in order to keep the bidding process alive.
The bid to get down with Miss Spring eventually narrowed down to an Irish and a British man. Although both men offered to marry her and help clear off the family debts, Spring favored the latter who offered £200,000 but expressed that she wasn’t interested in marriage. Hardly can anyone tell if the deal pulled through.
5. Graciela Yataco – Offered £780,000
When 18-year-old Graciela Yataco from the Republic of Peru 2005 advertised both on the traditional media and the internet that her virginity is up for sale to the highest bidder, she was met with a widespread expression of disapproval. While many asserted that she is psychologically troubled, others condemned her for setting a new pace for prostitution. Nonetheless, the Peruvian maintained that she was only trying to get ahead in life.
She pointed out that her earnings from modeling and acting weren’t enough to take care of her ill mom and sponsor her little brother’s education. With that, Graciela contended that auctioning her virginity to support her family was a better and more honorable way to let go of being a virgin than those who gave it out freely believing they were in love.
A man from Canada offered Graciela $1.5 million which was then equivalent to £780,000 but according to her, they didn’t cement the deal.
6. Shatuniha – Auctioned for ₽900,000 ($27,700)
“Money is urgently needed, so I am selling the most treasured thing.” those were the words the then 18-year-old Siberian lass used in 2013 to advertise her virginity on a Russian auction site. In a nutshell, it wasn’t long before she got a 900,000 rubles offer which was then, estimated at $27,700.
7. Rebecca Bernardo – Bid reached $35,000
While she was still in High School, 18-year-old Rebecca took to YouTube to let the world know that her virginity is up for auction. As one would expect, the Brazillian lady from Sapeacu became known almost everywhere across the globe with many wondering what gave the teenager the audacity to make such an offer.
The incident caught the attention of most of the big media outlets of the world with CNN making a report wherein it was divulged that the young woman was motivated by the need to take care of her sick mom’s medical bills.
Rebecca’s mom had been down with a stroke and auctioning her virginity was to her, the only way out. She got the idea from Catarina Migliorini, another Brazilian who made a move to give up being a virgin for a handsome reward. The highest bid Rebecca got was $35,000.
8. Catarina Migliorini – Offered $780,000
It was Catarina Migliorini that inspired Rebecca Bernardo to auction her virginity on Youtube. While the highest bid the latter got was $35,000, Catarina was offered $780,000 by a Japanese millionaire.
This was in 2012. As several factors stopped the transaction, the Brazillian 2013, launched a website where she again advertised her willingness to have her first sex for good pay. This time she received a $440,000 offer from an Arab millionaire but then again, she remained a virgin.
While the Brazillian model was considering the various marriage proposals she was receiving, she opted for selling her virginity for the third time. The year was 2014 and the Brazillian was striving to fix up a reality show where men would compete for her virginity.
9. Elizabeth Raine – Offered $801,000
It was in 2014 that this American medical student decided to adopt Elizabeth Raine as her name so as to auction off her virginity to the highest bidder. Then, Raine who was 27-year-old initially argued that she had no need for the money but needed it for charity. She acknowledged that her inspiration came from another American, Natalie Dylan who equally made this list.
Later, Raine started talking about how auctioning her virginity was primarily about standing up against society’s persistent “control over female sexuality by chaining it tightly to female morality.” The highest bid she got was $801,000. But for reasons best known to her, she backed out of the deal.
10. Raffaella Fico – Auctioned for €1 million
Raffaella Fico is known all over the globe as an Italian model and showgirl. Though she came to the limelight in 2009 when it was rumored that she was having a romantic affair with the super-famous Portuguese soccer star, Cristiano Ronaldo.
Raffaella first became popular in 2007 after she won Miss Grand Prix, an Italian beauty contest, and then informed the world that she was still a virgin, asking for one million euros from anyone who wants to have her.
As far as we can tell, what she did was a publicity stunt meant to attract the public’s attention and boost her fledgling modeling career. She later dated Mario Ballotelli.
11. Natalie Dylan – Bid Reached $3.7 million
If we are to go by Dylan’s claim, over 10,000 men applied to be her partner in her first sex after she broadcasted on The Howard Stern Show that she is set to forsake being a virgin in exchange for a fat pay that would see her through a masters degree in Family and Marriage Therapy.
Dylan said she settled for being one of those who offered their virginities for sale after witnessing her older sister sell sex to various men in order to obtain her degree. It is said that several men interested in getting down with Dylan made bids that exceeded $1 million.
The highest bid reported was $3.7 million. Although the deal was never consummated, it was claimed that Natalie earned $250,000 from the auctioning. People were made to believe that the money came from an Australian businessman who made a deposit and later backed out of the money race to have Dylan.
12. Giselle- Sold for $3.87 Million (2.5 million Euro)
In 2017, the Chronicle reported that a model known as Giselle, 26, decided to sell her virginity for 2.5 million euros. According to reports, the model is a member of Cinderella Escorts, a Germany-based website that encourages young women to auction their virginity to rich men especially older ones.
The highest bidder for the virginity sale was a businessman from Abu Dhabi who offered 2.5 million Euros while the second highest bidder was a Hollywood actor from Los Angeles who offered 2.4 million euros ($3.16 million). The third highest bidder was a politician from Russia with about 1.8 million ($2.37 million).
